One of Amy's very first cacao ceremonies connected her with a native American spirit guide. He told her the old ways of living needed to be revived and so she began researching plant medicine. She's now studying herbal medicine and loving it. Amy has recently been attuned to channel Reiki and Violet Flame energy healing. There is so much to learn from the land, each other and our spirit guides.
